Annual General Meeting – 2020

We welcome parents, staff and other members of our association to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM is a mandatory meeting held by every association where the actions and achievements of the past year (2020) are presented, with the reports from the Chair, Treasurer, sub-committee conveners, and Principal. It is also the occasion to present the strategic goals for the School in the current year and beyond.

This year, the Board has three vacant positions to fill and is actively looking for individuals with the following skills:
- Human resources experience
- Grant writing experience
- Corporate experience or strategy development experience
Note that amongst these positions, the position of Secretary will be vacant and requires the individual to display:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Attention to detail
A transition plan is in place to help the new Secretary to settle in their duties.
Anyone wishing to nominate for the Board must complete the Nomination Form and return it to the School via email before 3pm on Friday, 18 June 2021.
New Constitution
At the AGM, a new Constitution will be proposed for a vote. The first version of this Constitution was presented and discussed at the 2020 AGM. Following feedback received, the Board has amended and clarified the content of the Constitution, now in its final form.
