On 22 June, our association, The Montessori School, Kingsley, Inc, held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 2021 financial year.
The Chair of the Board, the Principal, and the Treasurer reported on the great work that was undertaken by the Board and the staff in 2021. Our Constitution mandates that we hold an AGM six months after the end of the financial year, allowing enough time for reporting to take place.

We had 33 people in attendance, including staff, parents/carers, as well as Board directors.
The Board thanked Melinda Shreeve and Hannah Zhang for their time as Board directors as they are both stepping down from their roles on the Board. Ruth Tay will replace Hannah Zhang as Board Treasurer.
